I live in foothills and I could never buy the right loaf pans. The ones I got did not give right height to the bread. So, I purchased my own steel sheets and got the pans made by a local ironsmith. My pans measure 8 1/2 inch by 4 1/2 inch. You may see the loaf pans in this post http://www.ambrosiasoulfulcooking.com/2015/03/whole-wheat-sandwich-bread-atta-bread.htmlNamita https://www.blogger.com/profile/10796407634931420206noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4420420054076431755.post-44793886452218169312018-05-13T00:16:56.948+05:302018-05-13T00:16:56.948+05:30Hi. Could you kindly share dimensions of your bread pan? It would help me in my decision to buy a new one.Jayashreenoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4420420054076431755.post-88370187589036497732018-05-09T17:21:25.627+05:302018-05-09T17:21:25.627+05:30Hello Vrinda, I knead the dough by hands.
