I made do with other bread but it just isn't the same. Ciabatta holds it's own when toasted and smeared with garlic and other breads just disintegrate. Ciabatta was made for leftovers :). I haven't ever tried making it and am a bit scared of the folding process but your recipe looks easy enough to follow and I am going to give it a go. Again, thank you SO much for your generosity in sharing all of your recipes Namita.
