  1. Hi Namita,
I tried your Chocolate yogurt cake. My kids loved it.We do not eat eggs. It is also difficult to find a good recepie for eggless cakes. Yours turned out to really good. I wanted to know if you have a recepie for eggless vanilla sponge cake and eggless doughnuts. My kids love doughnuts.

  4. Hello Chaitra,
Go ahead with the same quantity of active dry yeast. Chaitra, here are some links that will help you, specially the second one. Whichever recipe you try, understand it and then go ahead. Believe me, it really simple and very enjoyable. First success really motivated you to go ahead. Happy Baking! and yes, do let me know the results. I'll be waiting.

  9. Hi! bread pans have always been an issue with me. I never got them in the market. The ones that were available were either too small or too big. They had rounded edges. You can see the breads in my earlier posts have rounded edges. Then I browsed the net and various bread baking sites. My research led me to the conclusion that 8x4 inch pan is the best size for a loaf that has 3 to 3 1/2 cups flour. Now I got my own bread moulds made from market from a gentleman who mades iron and aluminum tools. I gave him steel sheets to make my pans. He also made one for me out of coated aluminum. I have three pans now. 7x3 inches for a small loaf, 8x4 for a standard loaf and 9x41/2 for a big loaf. let me know your e-mail id, I shall send you the pictures of the pan.

  11. Hello Avni, Sure.....if you are looking for egg less sugar free cake, then I would suggest these- Do not add sugar. Increase the number of dates or add stevia powder or sugar free.

If its sweets, you may prepare dates and fig bufi and dates and nuts roll from "Sweets" section. Hope this helps. Convey my regards to your mother.

  13. Hello, I have been hunting for information to answer your query. There are many sites that guide you depending on the sweetener you are using. Kindly look for instructions in the box or there may be some information in the net about the product. I have'nt baked with sugar free and hence the confusion. Thanks!
