Quick Bread as the name indicates is a light and moist baked product that is quick to make. Quick Bread is a cross between a cake and bread that are leavened with baking powder or baking soda and baked in a rectangular pan.
In most of the quick breads that I have baked, I have used whole wheat flour. Most of the quick bread recipes here have been baked without butter. The quick bread recipes here are low fat and healthy.
