Jams & Jellies

I love making Jams. I enjoy the entire process of cleaning, washing, peeling and  mashing the fruits and cooking jam. It is so therapeutic, so healing.
All my jams are made from the local and seasonal fruits, with most of the fruits procured from known organic orchards. I don’t use artificial colours, pectin or preservatives. If the containers are properly sterilised before bottling the jams, the jam keeps for years.

Here is my list of my jams…………

  1. Hi Mausi,

Just saw your blog! In your marmalade recipe, how many jars of marmalade does one get from one batch? Mamma and I love marmalade, and we want to try it out!

    1. Hi Anjali,
I got two jars of marmalade(shown in the picture) from the recipe that I have given. Believe me it comes out very well. Bitter sweet with lots and lots of peels! Do let me know how yours came out.
      Love! Namita
